Macbook Pro 13" And BT Voyager 2100 ADSL Router

I had a rather evil problem with my new Macbook Pro 13" and my home network today. The home network uses a BT Voyager 2100 Wireless ADSL Router.

When I connected my Macbook to the network, it couldn't see the internet, and other machines on the network failed to reach any sites on the internet as well after the Mac was connected.

It took me a few hours to realise this was the problem and not my ISP playing up.

To fix the problem, I just needed to make sure I was running the latest firmware on the BT Voyager 2100.
