Stockpiling Tamiflu

I see in the London Evening Standard that some City firms are stockpiling Tamiflu to treat "thousands" of staff in the event of a bird flu epidemic.

The good news (for me) is that my employer is listed as one of the companies doing this.

I hope if the predicted outbreak occurs, my family and I will be some of the lucky ones able to get treatment.

The current National Geographic has a very good piece on Tracking The Next Killer Flu, and it shows what could happen if avian flu does infect humans and comparing it to what happened in previous outbreaks like Spanish Flu.
