Having A Bad Day

I'm not having too good a day so far.

I had the orthodontist this morning, so that means a bit of a lay in. My brace was rewired and tightened, and i was also told i don't have to wear my removable one anymore. I also got a lift to Lewes to join the London train so I didn't have a long walk to Eastbourne station. Fantastic so far...

I them made the mistake of having a flapjack at the Runaway cafe and knocked out some of the new rubber banding on my brace. I called the hospital and they said i could come back to have it fixed. I had to get a train back to Eastbourne and walk to the hospital. So i didn't avoid the walk afterall. At least it was a fine sunny day.

On the way I went past a park and saw a squirrel sitting close by, so I took a quick photo of it with my phone.

It's now late in the day, and I don't think it will be worth going back to work, so i expect i'll have to use annual leave up and take the rest of the day off.
