Is Eastbourne The 3rd Worse Place To Live?

There is a report on the BBC saying that my home town of Eastbourne is the 3rd worse place to live if you're young.

Combined with the other two resorts above Eastbourne, Worthing and Bognor Regis, we have 132 old people's homes but only 12 nightclubs.

Though Eastbourne may be known as God's waiting room it apparently has (for a town) the highest student population in the UK.

It could be worse, Worthing has more undertakers than nightclubs.
