Anglia Railways - The Reply

I had a nice letter in the post from Anglia Railways today. It seems like complaining does pay after all.

Mrs Pat Haime (from customer relations) apologised and explained that as new carriages were added at the last minute they didn't have time to place the reserved seat markers.

She even enclosed a 10 pound voucher, which while I would of preferred a full refund, is very welcome. Thanks!
