South Central Trains Again

I made the mistake of having to use the toilet on the South Central train to Eastbourne this evening.

Yet again it was filthy, and there was no water to wash my hands or to flush with. Is this against health regulations?

I wonder just what I have touched on that train as I was obviously not the only person who was unable to wash their hands after using the facilities.

What sort of lovely diseases are spread this way? Worms anyone?
