Dr Shipman Spam

I have a spam email from a Dr Shipman today advertising a human growth hormone diet diet today. Surely it isn't THE Dr Shipman trying to earn a few extra quid on the side whilst in prison. Anyway, it's not inspired me with confidence to buy from them. Is this the worst case of inappropriate spam on the .net?
