White Star Inn, Lewes

As I had half an hour or so to kill in Lewes tonight, I thought I may as well pass the time in a pub instead of on a cold station platform.

I went to the White Star Inn, very close to the station. As you can see from the notice on every table it's a right barrel of laughs.

I'm not sure if it's possible to catch tuberculosis from bottles, but it's nice to know they take their customers health seriously and don't encourage the practice.

The White Star Inn Respectfully Appeals To The Frequenters Of This Room To Switch All Mobile Telephones To Silent Mode, Including Text Tones. Thank You. The White Star Inn Informs You That It Is The House Policy To Serve All Drinks In Glasses. The Consumption From Bottles Is Not Encouranged. Thanks You.
